Went here with my wife on a recommendation. Great place along the water. Staff was very friendly and accomadting. Showed that they want to go the extra mile to please their guests. Reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Would stay here again. Almost hesitant to write about it becuae I dont want everyone to know about it. :)

The people there are so inviting and they make u feel like family. The rooms are by far the cleanest on the beach, and the views are spectacular.

We come to Florida every year in November to attend a Volkwagen Fest and our stay wouldn't be the same if we didn't stay at the Windjammer. The rooms are clean and very homey, but they're not as great as the staff! Whenever we stay we are treated just like family and we can't wait to come back every year to be greeted to our "Home" on the beach. Great rooms, great staff, and great prices. Windjammer gets two very big thumbs up!

If you are looking for a very clean, quiet, friendly & personal place to stay - this is it! My sister & I stayed there Sept 29th thru Oct 5th in the 'apt', which has a separate bedroom w/2 dbl beds from the living space, more than enough room for a week or so!! I'd stay a month or 2 if I could. There is an unobstructed view of the Gulf from the living room, even from the bath if you leave the door open!! I had to have a Gulf view! If I get the chance, I definately will go back. Also, there is Walgreen's, Publix Supermarket, Ricky T's (GREAT Pub) gift shops plus more within a 2-3 block walk. We did not even need a car, but it's on the trolley line...
