My husband and I stayed at the Page Terrace from Dec. 27-31. We had a gulf front eff. room on the third floor. Although there were no balconys, the windows opened to allow for the ocean breeze. The beach is at its widest point in front of the hotel. The walk is probably about 700ft to the water. If you prefer to lay by the pool, the hotel has plenty of loungers, shuffleboard poolside, and a grill for guests to use. The hotel is across the street from Walgreens, and Ricky T's, a bar and grill with entertainment at night and late night food. There is also a Publix store about a 1/2 block down the street.
The hotel staff were so friendly and the fresh coffee and fresh picked grapefruit in the lobby in the mornings were a plus too!
The only negative about the rooms is that the walls are paper thin. We could actually hear the conversations of the people in the next room (which means they could hear ours). Other than that, the hotel is a great afforadable beachfront motel in treasure Island!
