It's not plush but quite nice for the price paid.

Here's what we liked, besides the price:
-Convenient location for getting to local restaurants and sightseeing/golf in St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota.
-Friendly staff
-Responsive maintenance man when we had trouble with our inroom safe (as apparently many people there do).
-Good sized washer and dryer (but no end-of-cycle beeper on either one.

Here's what could have been better:
-Very noisy dishwasher (don't run it before bedtime or watching TV)
-Cheap CFL bulbs; the ones in the BR and on the living area side tables remained dim. It took several minutes for the ones in the bathroom to get bright.
-Slow Wifi
-Precious few hangers. I called to see about getting more and was told that "customers sometimes walk off with them". Supposedly someone was going to try to get more, but I never heard back, so we went out and bought our own to use there and take home.
-Cheap analog thermostat. It was hard to get the temp just right.

Suggestions:
-Bring slippers or flip flops to wear inside the unit because the
100% tile floors can feel cold.
-Bring your own light bulbs if you like to read in bed.
-Pack a few extra hangers.
-When booking, ask to be on lthe 3rd floor or higher. We were on the 2nd and couldn't see much beyond the palm trees blocking some of the view.

It would have been helpful to have a list of recyclables posted in the room or by the recycling bins outside. It shouldn't be up to the guests to have to ask or guess.

The staff was very helpfull with directions and helping us find a grocery store, restaurants and malls. We found using the boardwalk behind the property would take us to restaurants and the grocery without driving.

We had a wonderful time on Treasure Island. Accomodations far exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. Would definitely try to return to South Beach soon!

Great condo! The staff is extremely helpful and helped us find restaurants and the local grocery store. We enjoyed staying in a condo instead of a hotel since we got more room and a kitchen for a better price. The sunsets are beautiful from the balcony. We would definitely stay there again when we return to FL.
