The suites are spacious, clean and modernly furnished. There is nothing to complain about except the noise from Gulf Blvd. If you don't mind the cars, trucks and motorcyles going by, then you are going to really enjoy this hotel. It is very close to the beach and has a nice pool. The rooms are the real draw with full kitchen's, balconies, separate bedrooms, etc.

We rented suites at this hotel through GroupOn. Seemed like a great deal and we jumped on it. So happy we did.

While the "resort" itself is much smaller than I thought it would be (only about 40 rooms) it was just what we needed. 2BR/2BA with a full kitchen and living area. Try to get a room on the 3rd floor or above to get a view of the ocean (also the lower floors hear the street traffic more from the balconies, but with the doors closed it really keeps the noise level down). The rooms on the end also have larger balconies.

A heated pool and hot tub (we used it every evening). Beach access is almost directly across the street. Most everything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Though we did drive to dinner a couple of nights.

Great value for the money!

Rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, large kitchen/living room with balcony across road from beach. It was like new. Nice furniture and comfy bed. If you just want the beach, it's great but not much around compared to say Ft. Myers Beach - not a real touristy beach.

Clean, friendly staff, modern, short walk to the beach; will definitely stay again!
