I was kind of skeptical having read some reviews and was very happily surprised when I arrived. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The one thing that did go wrong was that the belt on the dryer broke but within minutes a staff member came to the room took my clothes had them dried and brought back to me within an hour. They were very nice and attentive.

We stayed here for 2 days as a mid-point to our trip to Key West, FL. We arrived late and upon arrival the night manager was very unfriendly, and seemed to care less. As we tried to board the elevator there was human feces on the floor. When we brought this to his attention he asked me what I wanted him to do about it he was the only one there? Hmmmm??? That should have been our warning sign to go elsewhere. Our first room/condo was disgusting, and we asked to be placed in another. This one was better than the first but still did not meet our expectations. Like the other reviews, the units are individually owned, and definately are in need of updating, and a good cleaning. Yes, they advertise a balcony with your rooms, but be aware they are basically a tiny triangle, and there are 2 plastic chairs and no room for anything else.

The grounds were clean. There is a pool are with a hot tub. The pool is nicely sized but the hot tub is VERY small compared ot the size of the property.

We booked multiple people stay here for our wedding which was actually at another location. Some of the rooms were gross. But the staff did a great job of relocating those that said something. Nice convenience of having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. But they need to do a LOT of updating here for it to be considered a nice place to stay. It would be OK - if you planned on not being in your room that much.

after reading many reviews, I would say it was better than expected. Sure some of the rooms may be outdated, but the location is perfect. Went for the weekend 1/27-29, and stayed in room 1204. Room itself was good, kitchen fine, washer/dryer worked. It was a Queen bed, not a King size bed. Only negative is the balcony is a tiny little triangle, hard to sit outside and building 1 overlooks the grove. Will be back again and try to stay in buildings 3-4-5
