I can only imagine this Inn's history of great stays and upscale amenities. Old photos on the lobby wall of famous guests, the driving range (still open) and over grown putting green, reminders of days gone by. The lobby was comfy for sitting with a morning coffee and doughnut. No coffee makers in the rooms but they did furnish a fridge, hair dryer and free wi-fi. The rooms were large, the bathroom extra large and the walk-in closet a plus for extended stays. The night was quiet with the room poolside.
The room rate was easily negotiated down knowing that in previous years they were able to get so much more. I would stay at this Inn again just for the comfy bed, large wooden blinds on the double windows and a sound sleep.
