Had a 1 night stop on way down the gulf coast, got this through priceline and again impressed with what I got for my money...clean and facilities are good..rooms tidy and all ship shape. The wife used the swimming pool and was impressed by that area..didn't have breakfast as we we were stopping on route..can only say it looked fine..as with all things in life the more you pay the more you expect..for what I paid I'm very happy with what we got..

I stayed at this hotel for business. Staff at evening check in was not very friendly. THe hotel was full of middle school soccer players in town for a tournament. Unfortunately, I was on the second floor and they were on the 3rd. Lots of ball bouncing on the floor and running around in the building and outside as well. Room was okay nothing special. I would stay here again only if I could get a better rate. This hotel is also a little difficult to get to.

We needed to stay relatively close to a nearby church, so I went on Priceline and placed a bid for a one night, $45 dollar priced hotel that was rated at 3 stars and Priceline gave me this hotel. It was located in a very off the beaten path location and if it were not for the GPS, I would never of found this hotel.

Upon arrival, was greeted by a very friendly and courteous front desk receptionist who provided me with a room on the first floor, as that was my preference. The room was somewhat dated, but I won't complain for the price I paid. It had a very old fridge that sat on the floor and did not appear to be clean. The bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and ample. There was a sliding door that lead out to our own patio or "lanai" that had two chairs for lounging/relaxing. Time and the weather did not permit us to use this area.

This hotel shares a parking lot with the Fairfield Inn which is just a few yards across from the front door of the Courtyard Marriott.

As a side note to the hotel, please consider placing several more lights in your parking lot area, because the lack of lighting made me very uncomfortable and nervous as I returned to the hotel after a function downtown.

I did not partake of the breakfast which cost extra as we arose late nor did we use the indoor swimming pool.

Great location! It is very convenient to I-75, the Brandon mall and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa.

The hotel was what we expected from a Marriott Courtyard. The staff was friendly and eficient. The entire property was very clean and well kept. They had an indoor pool/hot tub, which was kind of different for Florida, but nice. The room was a decent size, and appointed with two nightstands, a dresser, desk/chair and flat screen. The bathroom was nothing fancy, but definitely clean. All the linens were fresh.

The only minor complaint we had was that the bed was a little uncomfortable - too firm for our taste. We were also a little disappointed that not even a continental breakfast is included with the stay here. They do have a dining room and breakfast is available for an additional $8.95 per person for the buffet (or order off the menu).
