The hotel was comfortable and mostly clean for the two nights, although I had much greater experiences at other Hampton's.
First, there is not a sign at the main road. The only way we found it was by GPS. The hotel is located off a dead end behind other hotels and the only sign is at their entrance which is at ground level.
Second, we went to breakfast and 4 of the laundry employees were blocking the coffee and talking as loud as they could and would not move. Eventually they did move into the laundry room but during the entire breakfast all you heard were the employees talking, even over the morning news on TV! The employees must have also brought their kids to work - ages 2 and 6 - and were running all over the kitchen, breakfast area and lobby and eventually one of the employees would come and get the youngest one.
Thirdly, the maids also would yell down the hallways at each other to talk to one another. Thankfully we didnt sleep in!
Lastly, there was never anyone at the front desk during the day. you always had to wait.

I wish to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit with us. I understand the aggravation regarding the staff hanging out in the coffee area as well as children running around. We do appreciate you letting us know about this so we could resolve these issues. I know this doesn't help with your idea of our hotel however I do want you to know that we have spoken to the staff and we all wish to apologize to you.
