I was in town for 2 nights to meet with a friend and conduct business with my boss. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. This was the normal high standard I expected from Hilton properties. I can be very picky at times but found nothing to complain about here. Also the front desk manager (Ayesha) went out of her way to make sure my stay went well even though it was only for 2 nights. If you stay at this property rest assured that the staff will do anything in their power to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Best price for your money. We were visiting family in the area and this hotel is close to the freeway. You can jump onto I-75 or I-4 in no time. Clean rooms, great air-conditioning, hot water, refreigerator and study area. Free internet and free breakfast! Fitness center and laundry room on every floor.

This is a fairly new Hampton Inn, and it's not bad. The bed is really comfortable, the breakfast is typical Hampton Inn (open-faced bacon, egg and cheese bagel scramble was the protein choice the morning I was there), and the customer service was great for the most part. A couple of issues: First, the tub/shower wasn't great. It felt of cheap plastic, and there were a couple of minor stains in it. Second, the AC is controlled by a wall thermostat, but it's still a window unit. If you have it set to auto (the default), it will kick on loudly off and on all night. You'll have to play with it to get it right. There was also an issue with the phone messaging system (the light was going off even though there was no message ... I finally had to unplug the phone after talking twice with the front desk about it), but the person who checked me out said they had just found the cause and were working on it that morning. I will say this: the person who checked me in and the person who checked me out both provided EXCELLENT customer service ... I definitely would consider staying here again.

I travel to this city so many times and I had never stayed at this Hampton inn and I never knew there was a Hampton Inn near where I work. This hotel was so good because after a long day of work I want to have a glass of wine and this hotel has a managers reception in the evening I don’t know if they have it every day but I checked in on a Wednesday and they had one and they had wine and beer their and it made my evening so I had couple of glasses of wine and went to my room. As I walked in the room the room was nice and clean and fresh smell. The best part about I was I had the best sleep at night I wish I knew this hotel was there before now on I will stay at this hotel, because of the amenity they and the quit location of the hotel. The staff was really great and fast checking me out in the morning as I was in a rush getting back to work as I am always in a rush, but everything in the hotel was great to my comfort and clean.
