I was very pleased when we walked into the room in this hotel. The entrance way is small and not impressive, but they save the space for the rooms! It appears that all rooms have a separate living room equipped with refrigerator. The work desk provided the best chair I have found in a hotel for working on a laptop. It actually put me high enough that my shoulders weren't near my ears! The beds were very comfortable too. A friendly driver picked me up at the airport. The only problem was when I called for the airport van the operator didn't tell me explicitly where to go to pick it up. Vans cannot go where cars go, so there is a special entrance for them around the corner. Be sure to get explicit directions if you want a pick-up.

We spent one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise at this Hyatt Place. Both nights were won on Priceline as results of bids. We arrived just after midnight on January 22 and Fred called for the Hampton Inn shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Check in was fast, the room, 630 was comfortable and big and the breakfast sufficient to get us to the lido deck on the Legend. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. After the cruise we spent one more night, January 29, in room 613 and we once again had a great experience. We swam in the pool and then took the free shuttle to the mall just a few minutes away. After a few hours, we called and they came and picked us up. I used the computers in the lobby to check in for our flights and print our boarding passes. Since the Hyatt shuttle did not operate before 6 am, Fred called for the Hampton Inn shuttle and they took us to the airport at 4 am. I have to say that my family was impressed with the rooms and the service that we received. Many thanks to all the employees that we encountered during our two, one night stays.

We stayed here for one night before leaving on our cruise. We would like to sincerely thank our shuttle driver, Manuel, for being a great ambassador and such a helpful person. We took a few trips with him and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of his level of service and friendliness. Thank you Manuel!!!!

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. We arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle to the hotel, we waited a little longer than expected but we were not in a big hurry so that was ok. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel for no charge. The drivers were very friendly and courteous and apologized for any delays we had which were insignificant anyways. They took us to and from the cruise terminal for a flat fee of $40 round trip per room. After the cruise we had a late flight so they held our bags while we went to Target and printed off our cruise photos. We were able to use the facilities at the hotel while we waited for our flight time. Pool was warm, perfect for my duaghter. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for a pre-cruise stay.
