I was in Tampa for a conference and was instructed to stay at this Hilton. I am normally not a Hilton person, so I don't stay there a lot. I arrived and during check in noticed that my rate was not right, the clerk went to check with manager and very quickly resolved the problem to my satisfaction. The room was an above average size with a king bed, desk, dresser, nightstand and chair. Fairly well appointed but a little worn. The bed was great and the interned worked fine. The bathroom is a bit small and shows lots of wear, crack in sealant, grount, mismatched colors. It was clean, but shows real signs of wear. I went with a collegue for breakfast at the restaurant and it was ok. Had the breakfast buffet with a fresh made omlet. We ended up sitting there working for a couple of hours which was very nice. I used the free shuttle several times to travel around the area which was great.

Stayed for a short conference and was pleasantly surprised. As is usually the case, when all things are equal, it's the staff who tip the balance and at the Hilton, they were very good. The room was fine, the coffee, drinkable and the wi Fi, a bit erratic and slow (but free!). Food was good though $3 for a very small bottle of water in the room would require desperation before purchase. Fitness facility very small and the business centre had faulty computers (would not print). In spite of this, I enjoyed my two nights here

We have stayed here last yr in march for 16 days and september for 6 days the hotel is very clean and the service is excellant , They always make every customer feel like family..very good location from airport, International Mall, Westshore Mail, many restaurants and for us many sports fans Yankees spring training camp is less then 3 miles from the hotel and Raymond James stadium is very close. This spring will be our 6 year staying there for spring training and every year and we have never had bad expereince in this hotel. Friendly staff good food and nice little bar the pool is always clean

This hotel is in a great location. The shuttle service they provide is awesome. they have shuttle service within 5 miles of hotel. So you have easy access to the mall, football stadium,
starbucks, restaurants as well as to and from the airport. Since the location is close you could easily walk to most of the places.
Lovely hotel the Cocunuts restaurant serves really good food and has a somewhat diverse menu. Great hotel for business meeting. also great for vacation.
the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel if in the area.
