Upon checkin, our room smelled of sex and cigarettes. The mattress was worn and had springs that poked us all night. The bedding had numerous cigarette burns. When we removed the bedding to look for bedbugs, we discovered a huge hole in the upper side of the mattress. But no bedbugs thankfully.
The parking lot was full of urine and vomit.
Mildew was pervasive, the furniture was worn and dirty. Stay away from this place it is filthy, disgusting and very noisy.

I called Wyndham to complain and at first I was told there was no record of our stay, this was after they sent me a survey to complete through my email.
After a number of calls I finally was rebated back 50% of my money because we had "used the room". What were we supposed to do sleep in the car?We didn't sleep at all due to the poor quality of the mattress and the noise.

The hotel did not meet the expectation as a place just to lay your head as one intended to be out of the room most of the time. Upon arrival we had to place the back of the toilet bowl back on the toilet. This was a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The room had no iron,limited towels and bath clothes. The bottom drawer was hanging off the dresser, the alarm clock was broken. When contacting the front desk to inquire why we had difficulty engaging the free internet service, noone could make a suggestion to help us connect.Also the key card diactivated itself after the second night stay.
We will never stay there again. It would have been better to sleep in the car

This place should be bulldozed, completely gross. There are probably nice crack houses

We booked this hotel because of it's low price and free wifi. Knowing that we wouldn't need anything too fancy since we would only be staying in Tampa for one night, we decided to go for this hotel - not reading any reviews at the time.

Well we just came back from there and thank goodness our stay was only for 8 hours because this hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed at!

With an exception to the night staff, whom was very sweet, the hotel is just a demolition waiting to happen. The outside of the hotel is extremely dated, dirty and isn't a very pleasant sight at all.

Once we entered the room we were hit with an awful smell combination of smoke (it was a non-smoking room) and mildew.

Upon going to the bathroom, I was greeted by Fred, our pet roach for the evening, and noticed a dirty wet rag lying on the floor behind the door.

After that I tried to use the internet and the "free wifi" didn't even work.

Not wanting to discover any other hidden treasures in the room, we decided to hit the sack. Thankfully we had a fair night sleep with no bed bug trails in sight on the mattress.

But in the morning, free breakfast was a joke. The eating area was disgusting and the options included nothing at all appetizing. Skipped that meal because if they're are roaches in the rooms I don't even want to know what's in the kitchen.

I was seriously appalled that a hotel like this could remain in business. I could never see anyone staying at this hotel for a long period of time and enjoying themselves. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it. I've stayed in hotels for the same price, with the same options and have paid less for surprisingly better quality.
