After a horrible experience with, "Travelosity", who misrepresented themselves, and lied to us, our troubles were straightened out by the Night Manager at Days Inn Airport, named Shawn, who couldn't have been more professional. All of the employess there were so, very helpful, and went out of there way to make us feel, At Home. We're very sorry that we can't remember all of their names, but some of them thet went above, and beyond there duties, were , The House Keeper named Dolly, the Sales Manager, and of course Shawn, and his wife. Then, mostly, the General Manager, Mr. Bhavin Modi, who, along with Shawn, helped us get our reservations straightened out, by correcting , Travelosity's lies, and mistakes.
My partner, Mr Peter Sherman, swore he'd never stay at another Days Inn, after he had been taken royally, by the Days Inn, in Port Charlotte, Fl., who couldn't be repremanded by Days Inn , Corporate because it was owner operated by, a Husband , and wife, who took advantage of Mr. Sherman, BIG TIME, just because he was very sick, at the time. The Husband also owned a Diner, next door to the Motel, and he promised Mr. Sherman that he's take care of the mistakes that thier desk clerk had made, because of her predigous ways, but he didn't follow through, like he promised to. It's ashamed that independant owners of Days Inns can get away with treating guest terribly!
