We didn't know what to expect when we booked this hotel however as we were only staying for one night as we travelled down the coast we thought we would give it a go. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and booking in was easy. The room was clean and well laid out with everything we needed. The pool was clean and tidy and just the thing we needed after a long day at Busch gardens.
We spent the evening at the sports bar which adjoined the hotel and it was great. Good food and drink plus a game of darts whilst watching sport was really quite relaxing. We all slept well as the beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. In the morning we had a continental style breakfast complete with a waffle maker. I was very happy with our stay at this hotel and the price was just right. I would definitely stay there again.

I gave the Best Western in Brandon one more chance even though I had a horrible experience last time. This time was hardly any better. The Internet goes in and out with great unreliability, the place is noisy, there were drunk obnoxious people in the lobby, the staff seems helpless, the pool is dirty. I really don't recommend this place.

I usually get clean rooms and excellent service @ Best Western. This time it was very time consuming asking for towels, and even getting my room cleaned. I was not a happy camper and was so looking forward to this trip. So, I will be spending more money on my next trip and looking for 5-star hotels. The manager did apologize, but I paid for my room well in advance and stayed nine days! So, good-bye Best Western.

Our first stay here-had ground floor near pool-very quiet and easy access with a nice Beef O'bradys attached.

Our room had a very musty smell in one area of room that we advised staff of at check out.

Rough night sleep-not sure of quality of beds but bedding was up to date and fresh
