The Tampa BW is a small businessman's hotel. I stayed there two nights while attending meetings at the convention center several miles away. This BW is located on a busy street in a middle class neighborhood. I found it impeccably clean, quiet, and good immenities. I rarely have found such a great value as this hotel. The service was excellent, and one of the better complimentary breakfasts compared to other businessman's hotels. I found this BW comparable to a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express, but at much less cost. I was very satisfied with my stay at this BW...such that I wrote this first review ever for a hotel. Only negative was walking next door and eating at the IHOP; it was terrible.

We stayed 1 night here and I had booked the family suite. The room was very nice and spacious. Had mini fridge and safe in the room which was great! The continental breakfast was great, had a waffle maker. The location is not that great but we walked to the Publix and also to the Little Caesar Pizza which was great.

They have some real plumbing problems here. The toilet won't really flush, the sink is slow to drain.The phone in our room didn't work. The doors to the room slam shut and people will complain about slamming doors.
The guys at the front desk are just creepy, very unhelpful. The coffee is nasty, like the OJ.
I complained at the Best Western customer care center, they told me the manager would call me back, he never did.
I will never go back to this place..

Stayed two nights at this facility. Found the room to be clean, spacious and well appointed. Continental breakfast had a nice variety of food.
