I have been using the Staybridge in Tampa for quite some time. I work for a well known company that deals with hotel and guest service. I must say the this hotel is outstanding. There are many different attributes that makes this hotel number one. I would like to start off by saying it comes from the top-Melissa Browne runs her team like a family but truly has the respect of her employees. She gives them the support they need to get the job done to the highest potential.
Christina Kipp brings people in with her smile and friendly charm it helps the hotel by wanting to stay. She opens her arms and soul to everyone so that it makes people right at home. She is a wonderful sales director.
The whole front desk team is friendly, nice and extremely professional they help to attend to everyone's needs and always are welling to help; trust me, I have ask a lot of favours and they never said no or act like they didn't want to help. They were always great and always had a smile on their faces. It makes my job easier with what I need to do.
I don't want to forget how great the house-keeping team, Darrell and Gary are. They are always there if you need a hand. But most of all Galina; she brings the "mom" to the Staybridge. It's very hard when you are away from home for a long time. You tend to miss family and friends Galina makes you feel like family and is always happy to see us and sad when we leave. We all have another mom in our lives.
This hotel has set a new standard and it will be hard to replace! I would like to extend my arms and heart to say thank you for being my home away from home.
