“Very Good Property”

We booked on Hotwire and got a great deal. The hotel is clean, large rooms, and very nice staff.
I thought the breakfast was really great with lots of items and great quality. (we stayed at a Hawthorn Suites in Orlando the night before and they could take some breakfast tips from this Homewood!) The evening reception was a great comp too.
My minor dislike was that we booked as 2 adults and 1 kid but received a room with only one king bed. Our son is only 3 so he slept in our bed but under different circumstances this would not have been ideal.
Overall I'd maintain that this is a very good property and worth your consideration.

Room Tip: We don't have a dog but I saw 3 or 4

Very nice hotel a little off the beaten path. Overall quality for the price is excellent and the staff do a good job of making sure you feel at home and your needs met. About a 35 minute drive to St. Pete Beach (excluding rush hour traffic) and about 20 minutes to Busch Gardens. Would recommend!

“Great Hotel”

We lived in the hotel for 6 weeks while waiting to move out of the area. The suite was modern, clean and larger than most hotel suites. There was never an issue with noise and the staff was excellent. Our room had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and stovetop which allowed to make homemade meals. It is in close proximity to all Tampa vacation sites and would be perfect for families traveling to the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: The corner suites are the largest and most quiet.

Awesome Hot Breakfast menu, I only wish I had caught the Weekday Dinner Buffet and drinks. I enjoyed my stays here and would highly recommend to area visitors
