Hotel was clean and well kept, rooms are what you would normally find in this type of hotel. Breakfast was the usual fair, (coffee, toast, cereal etc.) Would be nice if they had some fresh fruit. Check in and check out were efficient, staff was friendly.
Quick commutes the Casino, Busch Gardens, Ybor etc.
Only negative comment would be regarding the elevator and the housekeeping staff - not sure why the housekeeping does not have their own service elevator. Ourselves and other guests found it rather strange that we are waiting for them to move there carts and supplies up and down while guests are waiting.

price is right and location near casino and zoo and busch gardens right down road and the free breakfast is good and complimentary usa today newspaper only down fall is pool is small compared to bigger hotels

i recently went to bush gardens with my friends and stayed at this hotel. everything was good my stay, i had no complains at all, the room was very clean and very large. in the morning breakfast is served and the lady that works there was very kind and seem to shine every one day with her smile, i believe her name was kristen.
the front desk staff was nice and the pool and jacuzzi are really nice. I would stay here next time i go to bush gardens.

The front desk clerk, Norton, and his manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating when I arrived late at night in need of a room after having been overbooked at another nearby hotel. They were basically full but found me a very nice room anyway. Both went out of their way to accommodate me and my teenage son at 11:00 pm. At breakfast the following morning, the manager went to each table to check on her guests' stay, including mine. While most HIE's are somewhat consistant with their facilities, it is truely the superb Customer Service offered here that sets this one apart from the others.
