Prior to arriving at the hotel, I spoke to Jene (front desk) about my reservation and a strew of other questions and she answered them as politely and professionally as possible and Her patience is unparalleled. I really appreciate that. Because of her, my expectations of the hotel itself were very high.
When I met her in person, she did not disappoint me. Jene and her front desk manager Jelena's service made me feel very welcome to the hotel.
The house keepers was also very kind,nice and helpful. I had a little complications about my room but it was fixed right upon notification.
Also, Jamie's (Manager of the restaurant) service was wonderful. Her employees could learn a few things from her, though. Their service wasn't exactly up to par.
Besides the waiter and waitresses unkind services, our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was 99%! This is our first time stay Wyndham hotel, I really impressed about hotel image.
I look forward to go back to Wyndham Hotel. Thank you
