This Extended stay is tough to recommend. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The first floor is nicely decorated with new carpeting and looks stylish. The second and third floor hallways are filthy dirty and beat up. There is a constant strong smell of cooked food, fried fish, hamburgers, onion, and sausage. This hotel has a large population of construction workers and a bizarre mix of other strange characters. There is a-lot of noise that takes place at all hours of the night. From banging on walls, to cabinets and drawer slamming to cars in the lot who run there stereo’s at a thumping unacceptable level. There is no onsite management nor does this hotel have any type of security. Once it gets dark your on your own. I do not suggest staying here if you have kids. There are no amenities at all. The internet is very slow and if you want a higher speed you have to pay for it.

We have had some problems with the AC in the room. It broke and leaked all over the carpet. They did fix the AC but left a huge puddle of water on the carpet. It left the room smelling very moldy. We cleaned it up ourselves and purchased odor and mold containers to clear the room. Not something a guest should have to do. This hotel is similar to a housing project in the inner city. There are times we just don’t feel safe and there are a lot of activities that a normal hotel would not tolerate. The area around the hotel is not a place I would wonder after dark. We went for a walk down the road and every house was beat up, uncared for, and had bars on the doors and windows. There is also a house that has a rooster that crows. How bizarre.

There is just too much noise for a comfortable stay.For the above reason’s I can not recommend this as a good safe choice to stay at. If you have children or are a female traveling alone, look else ware

I have to admit, when I found this place I thought I had struck gold. It is in easy walking distance of the Bucs stadium and just over the road from a REALLY nice mall (quite high class so take lots of $$ with you).
The staff were really friendly and at first glance the room was spacious with a good sized kitchen area. However, it was really easy to hear the neighbours above me walking around and listening to music etc. To top it off I got really badly bitten on my legs whilst sleeping in the bed.
Overall it's an ok place but just be careful.

Higly recommended for stays of a week or more. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and accommomdating. Centrally located in quiet area near International Mall, I-275 Hwy to beaches, baseball and football stadiums, plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Bus nearby, but car is recommended. Have stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times and been pleased each time. Great value for the money.

Stayed ay this location recently and have no complaints. Clean hotel, great location (very close to stadium) and everyone treated me nicely. There is a lot of room for improvement amenity-wise but that's why the rate is so low.
