I don't even know where to begin! We had the worse trip EVER!!! I thought we were being PUNKED!! There were fruit flies in the bathroom, mucus on the rags, rats in the breakfast area, bed bugs, no toliet paper, water pressure in the bathroom is awful, plants are dead, cousin had to get ice out of the kitchen, harassed by random drunk people, harassed trying to get on the shuttle, televisions were ragedy, customers sped off to escape from paying the locksmith, and I could go on and on. One good thing, even though the web site is deceiving, the lobby was cute and the jacuzzi was comfortable! When you see Busch Blvd., keep driving!!!!!

The hotel staff was rude. The keys had to be reprogramed each day. The rooms has a bed and a TV.. Nothing much else. The door had a large crack under the door so privacy was a huge issue. The hot tub doesn't work and the pool needed cleaning.The neighborhood was scary.

My wife and I had muliple bed bug bites from their bed. We had to go to the doctor and get 3 different medications to get over it. Mold floating in coffee pot. Hand towles and wash cloths not replaced after room was made. Safe did not work (but they tried to charge us for one). Hot tub was so hot that it gave us 1st degree burns on our feet (that is a far as we could get in). This place has a lot of potential, but it's maintenance and cleaning needs to be kept up.

Staff were friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. An older hotel but well maintained.
