This hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I was impressed. I would not rush back. The hotel was not dirty, but needed attention. The quality of food was lacking, and there is only one computer in the lobby. Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

Some times they give us a hard time about checking in early, so make sure you get there right at check-in time. Other than that, the hotel is a great buy. Free wifi and free breakfast. Clean sheets

Great place to stay everyone at every position is pleasant, I stay every week all week and I love the breakfast and newspaper s I get daily. Also every room I have stayed in either have a couch or a chair so I don't have to lay in bed all the time.

We recently stayed at this property, October 2 2011, and found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast attendant was excellent. We were in the Tampa area doing hotel tours to book a group in February and toured several properties. This hotel won our business for overall being the best property for our group along with being one of the few hotels with a manager and sales staff that went out of their way to let us know they wanted our business. I noticed, this being our first year to book our group in Tampa, that many of the properties we contacted and some that we toured seemed to have an attitude that they really didn't care if they had our business or not. We are a group of Shriners and our event is a fund raising event to help benefit our hospitals. The majority of the Tampa properties still didn't seem to care what the event was for, they just seemed to have a care less attitude. This property on the other hand was totally the opposite. They were extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Tampa whether it is business, family or booking a large group. It is convenient to the airport and on a main road close to area eateries, a mall and a large theater. The property offers a great outdoor pool and patio area, ample meeting space for events and a nice breakfast area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is good and fulfilling, and you are made to feel at home by Angela the breakfast attendant. I must give credit to the hotel Manager Lisa House, the Sales Manager Jocie Rivera and the breakfast attendant Angela as they all went over and above to make sure our stay was a excellent one. I saw these folks interact with several guest and they obviously do care about their guest and their property. I recommend the hotel without question. A good value for the Tampa area.
