we stayed at this hotel for two night while our daughters were competing at cheer and dance competition at the Florida State Fairgrounds. It is located directly across the street from the front entrance of the faurgrounds, so it was very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were immaculate. The parking lot was well lit up at night.

First stay at this establishment and would stay again. Clean,spacious and comfortable room. The free shuttle to and from the casino was appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Staff was kind and helpful.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Tampa. I usually stay for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful. I travel a lot and appreciate a well run property when I find one. I would recommend this hotel for business and leisure travelers alike.

Super nice and clean Motel, Great Decor in the rooms and Lobby Could use a little more lighting in the room near the desk area, Jeff was super helpful and the staff is very friendly. I plan on future stays here for both pleasure and business. I do wish they had 2 more outside benches. One more in the front and one on the side by the 301 entrance,

Biscuits and gravy added to the breakfast would be a nice addition. Id highly recommend this Motel to anyone staying in the Tampa area!!
