Booked through priceline, great location, right next to Busch Gardens and USF. Inner courtyard and pool area are very nice with plenty of trees and plants. Stayed in a 2 room suite. Kind bed was very soft and comfortable. Room and appliances seemed a little outdated. Televisions were terrible, small box sets with many channels discolored or showing static.

My family & I stayed here for one night during the Christmas break. Audrey greeted us at the front desk and was very friendly and accommodating to our early check in request. After checking in we found our room in order but had a not so clean odor and the view was less than desirable (we saw trash etc strewn all over the woods area). We turned a blind eye to that since we were not there for the view. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and it was a little noisy (we think the laundry facility was on our floor and above us) so we did not sleep great but again we were there for 1 night. Our main focus was Busch Gardens and this hotel has the perfect location and the complimentary shuttle to and from was the best deal! After the park closed we once again used the shuttle with no problem and our check out was quick and easy. The gardens and pool area were well kept and pretty.

My family & I stayed here on New Years Eve and were very satisfied with the experience. We experienced a friendly greeting at the desk by Audrey and were fortunate enough to be able to check in slightly early. After checking in we found our room in order and were then taken to Busch Gardens by the complimentary shuttle. After the park closed we once again used the shuttle with no problem and our check out was quick and easy. The property itself may have a been built several years ago, but it is obvious that there has been a lot of effort on the part of the owners to keep it up. We saw nothing negative and felt that for the price and location we could have not done any better. We would have no problem staying here again.

I have been impressed with the Holiday Inn brand and the updating they have been doing all across the country until I saw this place. Advertised as a 3 star, it is really a 1 star and is closer to a motel 6 or days inn quality. Very sad.
