unless you're planning on locking yourself in your room the whole time you're in tampa- do not stay here. we did not feel safe going out after dark in this part of town. brand new hotel, nice rooms- but the walls between the rooms were VERY thin and you could hear neighbors tvs. would never stay here again, simply because of the location.

I recently spent one night at this hotel. I arrived late into Tampa and was a bit disappointed that this hotel was not real close to the airport. That being said, the hotel is clean and comfortable. I awoke too late to partake in the free breakfast. My only other minor beef is that the rate I was quoted was lower than what I was charged. BW does say that the quoted rate is an "estimate". However, this is the first time I was ever charged more that what the rate was quoted at the time of booking. It's a nice a good modern property and a decent choice for your first or last night's stay in Tampa.

We were visiting friends and family and spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff was wonderful asking if we needed anything all the time and making sure our stay at the hotel was going well. The hotel is new and very clean.

My husband just had hip replacement surgery and we needed a handicap accessible room and this was perfect and very convenient to the breakfast room, office center and the parking lot.

I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who is visiting people in Tampa especially the north Tampa area around Carrollwood Village.

It is not a resort, but feels very homey and comfortable.
