We stopped here to break up a long drive on our way south. The room was surprisingly nice for what we paid. The room was clean, but it did have a vintage hotel smell according to my husband. Although the hotel was a bit hidden it was very quiet. Super nice staff. We'd stay again.

This place is hidden in the back of a large group of hotels just north of I-10. Based on the previous reviews I was not expecting much from this place, but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived until I left. The customer service here is excellent and the price was reasonable for a Tallahassee football weekend at $90/night. The front desk was professional and friendly. The breakfast area was nice enough. My room was very clean. I enjoyed the free wifi and it was fast and reliable for my 2 day stay. My room was probably updated in the last few years with newer tile and bathroom fixtures and the carpet looked very nice. Overall, a lot more than I expected for a Days Inn in Tallahassee at that price for football weekend.

The date is September 28 2011, and my mother and I are staying in this terrible institution. When we walked in we were instantly hit with the wonderful aroma of musty air, almost unable to breathe. As we walked in we seemed to notice the sheets of the beds had holes in them, and even dust. The walls are stained with water damage and there are even holes in them. I don't even feel safe being barefoot on the floor, not to mention the shower. The bed feels as though I am sleeping solely on springs. Thank God I brought my own pillow and personal "spongebob" throw, and for my mother's candle. The only positive thing about this hotel is that I can post this review as I am sitting on this horrible bed of springs. This is quit possibly the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had.

upon checking in when we walked into the room the carpet was filthy, so I immediately turned back the bedspread there was a huge pink stain on it , also our king sized bed had a regular size mattress pad on it ,I went to the office and asked for all new linens, she also gave me a regular size mattress protecter so I put two regular sized mattress pads to keep from sleeping on a bare mattress We stayed here for 3 days during the OU --Florida State football game ,just because there was no other room available in Tallahaassee,

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here , I told the manager upon checking out and he said well we will address the issue, TERRIBLE , It was a DUMP
