I spent Christmas at the Residence Inn with relatives and we had an awesome stay! The staff was extra friendly, especially the cook and the front desk clerk who had genuine cheerful attitudes and was really helpful giving us directions. I booked the 2 bedroom suite online for two nights and it was well worth the price. The suite had stylish furniture, comfy beds, plenty of towels and amenities, flat screen tv, fireplace, high speed internet, and a cute kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher. Even though we had a pretty loud party in our room, we had absolutely NO complaints from the staff or other guests. The hefty breakfast buffet had a variety of different foods each morning which was fresh and had REAL orange/apple/cranberry juice, not generic watered down kind.The inside pool was nice and the hotel itself looks better in person than in the pics. This is a sweet hotel in a convenient spot I highl ecommend if you want more for your money!

We stayed for one night at this hotel on our way to Orlando.It was a short and pleasant stay.Very close to Highway,so was easy to get on to I-10.

It was a game weekend at FSU, therefore rooms were at a a premium, so we used Marriott points for 2 nights at this hotel. Our first impression upon arrival was that the staff was friendly and courteous. The room (actually, a one bedroom suite) was very pleasant. We did have 2 small problems with room, which we reported in the morning and were taken care of immediately. We did not have the breakfast, because we had plans to meet someone, but we did check it out and it looked nice.
The location is convenient to I-10, and about 10-15 minutes from FSU.
We usually stay at the TownePlace Suites, but since there were no rooms available there, we stayed at this Residence Inn. We were very pleased with the customer service at this hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed there for three days with the family, the rooms were very clean, this is the second time that I have stayed at a Residence Inn, I wish I had discovered it before, the staff was very courteous and professional, the breakfast was good as well, they had a nice selection, and they changed it daily.
The only Three negatives that I found were:
1-No FSU parents discount, I have another son at UNF, I have stayed at the Res. Inn close to the UNF and they have giving us the UNF parents discount, not much but it helps..
2-Beds are a bit hard, they need pillow top.
3-I was charged $3.00 for a small bottle of water (rip off)
The Residence Inn is an excellent hotel, you will not go wrong.
