Just stopped by for a one night stay. I'll start with the positives: good water presure, pet friendly & easy access. The bad: room look like something you would rent by the hour on the bad side of town. Tiles in bathroom broken, looked as if many had been replaced. Bathroom door damaged, looked as if someone had tried to break it down. Dingey shower curtain. One pillow so flat it was useless. Mold in bathroom. Could not tell if sheets had been washed. I looks as if it is owned by a slum lord. Getting rich and not reinvesting in the property.

TV remote doesn't work, room is musty, not enough towels or cups, furniture and carpet are stained, linens are old, beds are hard-best I can say is the staff is friendly and I haven't seen any bugs yet

Room had broken furniture & ac cut off at one point for several hours before I was able to get it working again.

Cleanliness: Room appears as though housekeeping does not really clean very well at all. Furniture has film of dirt on it, appearing not wiped down. Would not use the tub for a bath, as it did not appear to be clean enough for that, so just took showers. I would not touch the available coffee maker in the room, as it appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time either. Bathroom was stocked with only one, far less than full, roll of toilet paper. Refrigerator was not cleaned after previous occupants.

Property does not have a safe atmosphere. There are people who appear to live on the property and there's all kinds of noise, arguing & banging going on well into the night. I was glad for myself traveling alone, that I had my dog with me.

If I'd known how the room and property experience were going to be, I'd rather have paid the extra few bucks for a room at one of the other hotels nearby.

This was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. If the other hotels nearby hadn't been booked when we arrived at 10:00 p.m., on this orientation weekend for Florida State, we would have demanded our money back and kept driving. After our 4 year-old took off her shoes and ran around on the carpet for ten minutes, her feet were black. The a.c. barely worked, the linens were old and threadbare, and there were no amenities, e.g., ice machines, etc. This place is disgusting.
