“More than worth the money!”

Suburban Extended Stay Hotel on Silver Slipper Lane in Tallahassee, Florida, is very definitely worth more than the room rate. My room was clean and well kept without signs of bening neglect as one often sees in other hotels [mold, mildew, threadbare carpets, etc.]. The room was quiet and well insulated and the airconditioning unit did not run all the time to maintain the temperature in the room. The grounds are well kept and the laundry clean and orderly. Service was excellent signing in and signing out. I'd highly recommend this facility to others.

For those familiar with Tallahassee, it's near Tallahassee Mall and the intersection of I-10 and US 27 on the north side of Tallahassee.

“The Best Part of Tallahassee Fl”

Suburban Extended Stay is the best place to stay in Tallahassee. We found a room late at nite on the weekend of the first FSU game. The customer service surpasses outstanding, the employees are very nice, very friendly, extremely helpful, and OMG the cleanliness of the room was fantisitc. The room was outstanding, and after the very stressful 2 days that we had it was so wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy a wonderful comfortable bed. As far as we are concerned Suburban Extended Stay Hotel is the best that Tallahassee Fl. has to offer in a place to rest and relax.

“Awful!!!”

DO NOT STAY HERE! We traveled to Tallahasse for a family football weekend. Our room was dirty and dingy upon check-in. Fan literally had 1-2 inches of dust on each blade. Creamer for coffee was solid because it was so spoiled and a bar of soap crumbled into tiny pieces upon opening. Several fixtures were dented and/or tilted, and ceiling vents were filthy. We arrived at night after a long day of travel and upon seeing the room, immediately started calling around for a new reservation. Everything was booked for the evening, but we managed to reserve a room at the Courtyard Marriott (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!) for the remainder of our stay. During our one night at the Suburban, my entire family slept in our clothes (on top of the covers). Seriously. As soon as daylight hit the next morning, we were out of there!!

“Loudest hotel in Tallahassee”

I stayed at this hotel several nights with my family unfortunately . Not only were we constantly woken up in the middle of the night by people talking loudly on their cell phones or screaming at each other, blasting loud music, cars coming and going at all hours made this hotel a nightmare. The low price is enticing but with it comes a less than cultured crowd and that is putting it mildly. Ghetto is the perfect word to descride it and the management seems non existent. Spend a few extra bucks and stay at a better hotel. You will be glad you did!!!!
