Stayed here on two different occasions to attend FSU games. Price & service was good. Front office people were great. I liked the fact there was a fridge in the room and the location is convenient, close to the stadium and the interstate. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The room smelled a little funky on one visit but its just that older hotel smell. I'd stay here again. Good place to stay for FSU visits.

This hotel was absolutly amazing!!! Especially for the price. The mini kitchen blew me away, the whirlpool in the bathroom was awesome. Like a mini home away from home. Its across the street from Tallahassee mall so you dont have to travel far to enjoy yourself. The staff is also very friendly. I will definately be staying here again. Amazing experience.

This was simply a horrible hotel. The whole room was dingy and poorly maintained, the pillows should have been replaced literally a decade ago. They were so dirty we asked for new ones, and they were replaced with ones covered in body fluids and a little blood stain. One of our beds was "fixed" with a 2x4 underneath keeping the mattress from touching the floor. We asked for a new room and got one only marginally better. Definitely would NEVER stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Suburban and would recommend it to others.
