I booked 28 rooms for 2 nights Feb 6-8, 2012 for my group of clients from Central Florida. Rooms were ready early, the group had a separate room for breakfast and the Social Hour (something like Happy Hour, but FREE DRINKS in the evening). What an excellent service we received before group arrived and during their stay. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful-that is what my clients also told me. As a local travel agent booking group was an easy and hassle free experience; one trip to the hotel and Beth from Sales did it all-excellent job- thank you again. I will bring groups there again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and clients.

Everything I needed was there. Great front desk staff. Rooms clean and price is right!

The hotel I originally booked my trip with had some problems and sent me to the Cabot Lodge for the first night of my trip. I was very impressed by the helpful and friendly greeting I received upon arrival. Seriously, they were kind beyond measure and made me feel like they were glad I was there.

The lobby was designed in a delightful manner as a hunting lodge of sorts. It made me eager to see what my room looked like. I was a bit disappointed to discover that it was just an ordinary looking hotel room. Nothing bad, just a bit of a disappointment after all the effort made to make the lobby so unique.

The breakfast buffet was typical fare and very busy.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, but I was happy to return the next night to the hotel where my reservations were originally made.

We have stayed at the Thomasville location a number of times and are always comfortable. First of all the staff is super friendly and they go out their way to make accommodations for your stay.The free Happy Hour is a real plus sometimes they have hor durves and sometimes they just have popcorn. The room is reasonably comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty and the coffee is good.
