I had a doctors appointment in Miami and the La Quinta Sunrise-Sawgrass was close and on our way home. I found it to be a very nice hotel. Very clean and remodeled in a nice area just off rt 595. It had good eating restaurants close by and a gas station just around the corner.Our room looked out on a very pretty pool and a lake.The furniture was nice and the bed very comfortable. Since it was late we never used the pool this time,however if we get their early on a future visit we will try it. If your into shopping Sawgrass Mall is close by and Ikea is just across the street. I will use this hotel in the future for my overnight visits to this area. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful too.

We chose this hotel based on it's proximity to sawgrass mills and based an other reviews.

The hotel may have been renovated recently, but the rooms still look a bit worn. TV for instance didn't work, there must have been something wrong with the receiver box or so. But I wasn't too interested in watching tv so I didn't try too hard or contact staff. Also the toilet paper holder was completely broken, the toilet paper kept falling down all the time. It was so obvious, they must have known this prior to our arrival. No serious issues, it just spoils the good impression and shows lack of care.

The bed however was very comfortable, and that's more important.

Included continental breakfast was good, but crowded and seating was very limited. Parking and wifi are free too.

My Mother & I stayed here 2 nights. Oct. 26 & 27. We were in town for the Josh Groban concert at the Bank Atlantic Center. Which was excellent. The La Qunita Inn was very nice. From the front desk clerk to housekeeping all were pleasent and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and refreshing. The grounds were nicely decorated and clean. Our room, 2 double beds. Both very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, nice towels,etc. The only complaint would be the microwave in our room did not work. I went downstairs and used one. We were very happy with the room and staff. There is a IKEA store almost next door. That was a plus. There is also another La Quinta next door.

I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of May and found that it was a good hotel for a quite reasonable price. The only small draw back was that it was quite busy and there was limited room for people to sit and eat breakfast at the peak time of 8.30am.
