We stayed at this hotel when my wife had to attend the Cleveland Clinic. Excellent location-a short walk to Sawgrass Mills Mall (although we tended to use the shuttle bus), and a free shuttle to and from the Clinic which was about 15 minutes away. Everything at the hotel was new and clean including the rooms. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The reception rarely seemed busy but that was probably because there were always at least 3 people behind the counter. We got the bed and breakfast package for my wife, our son, and me. Breakfast was buffet style and included eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, blueberries, raspberries, etc etc. For people traveling from Miami Airport, the taxi to the hotel cost us $95.00, and we took a town car from the hotel back to the airport for a fixed fare of $100.00 (the hotel teed this up for us). My wife and I travel a lot and we have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Stayed here two nights, Breakfast buffet was good, hotel is clean but something missing, didn't get the warm friendly feeling that you usually get. Everyone was efficient in their jobs, just not sure they like the job. Josh at the front desk was nice when I had a problem with the room and the morning front desk manager offered to adjust my points as I'm a HHonors Gold member and did have a small inconvenience.

Could have had a little breakfast for us, but the in room coffee was great. The room and bed were wonderful. Then again this wasn't Econo-lodge.

There is a problem with the plumbing doing a "water hammer" routine after midnight. I am familiar with the noise because my office at work has the same problem, though not as loud as the hotel. I commend the hotel on improvements it has made since I stayed there six months ago. Staff was great, food was great and room was clean. Previous owner, Crowne Plaza, was losing business and did not care about the guest. I did see a big change as more people are staying at the hotel now.
