After reading the reviews I had ambivalence about an uncoming family stay here, however, this hotel had very friendly service and average Hampton standard rooms and facilities. We were part of a large family get-together and our two rooms were clean, well-maintained, and with the A/C on the humidity lessened. The parking was ample around the property and it was a walk to the Duke's Brewhouse Restaurant next door which had good beer and fair food which was a bit salty. I didn't have the breakfasts but I had the coffee each morning which was quite good. I'm fussy about coffee quality and I often dislike hotel coffee. I would stay here again. One room in our group was not as clean as it should be but our cleaners were very good leaving the room clean with ample towels and amenities.

We had no problems here at all. As Hamptons go, I would classify this one as average, but hey it's sleepy Spring Hill...not a hustling bustling metropolis like Port Richey ;)

Front desk was courteous and professional and breakfast attendant was friendly and kept items stocked and fresh. Dining area was a little lame, but served the purpose. Food was standard Hampton fare and did the job.

Room color was a tad weird...pinkish? Flat screen TV was nice and bed was comfortable with choice of hard and soft pillows...slept pretty well.

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised considering some of the reviews on here. Not a bad place at all.

This hotel barely makes a poor grade. Beds are terrible, not like other Hampton Inns where I've stayed. Only stayed one night passing through, I would never stay there again. The breakfast was the worst I can remember having, The eggs were hard and stiff, you could pick them up by the dge and they would just stick straight out, pastries were dry, fruit was not ripe.

Excellent hotel with superb customer service. They are clean, friendly and very accomodating to the my elderly parents during our stay. Beautiful pool, very nice excercise room with updated equipment, and extremely attentive to your every need. The people there are terrific and so friendly. They also serve an outstanding daily breakfast, including fresh hot items as well as an abundant offering of danishes, cereals, juice, coffees, and fruit. They even take time to prepare a "To-Go Brown Bag" breakfast for guests who need to leave in a hurry. I definatley recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.
