We stayed in one of the beachside villas for 2 nights. The location was nice, and the unit was clean, bright, and spacious. But that's the best we can say about it. The freezer/refrigerator didn't work, which is a problem if you rent a villa in part to be able to eat in some of the time. The door and windows were so poorly fit that they provided no sound proofing, which is a problem when loud guests are still poolside after midnight. There is no daily housekeeping service, which was news to us. And there is no on-site management from 3 pm Saturday until 10 am Monday so there was no one we could even take our problems to given that we stayed over a weekend. Oh, and take your own toiletries; don't expect to find shampoo or even an adequate amount of hand soap. For what we paid, this was a poor value. I gave it 3 stars, but I would have given it 2.5 if that were an option.

We are truly sorry if a guest ever experiences any issues, but we do have a voicemail service that we monitor after-hours and are very close by, so if we get a request or hear of any issue whatsoever, we get there right away and take care of it. Please note the good comments stated that can't be argued: "We stayed in one of the beachside villas for 2 nights. The location was nice, and the unit was clean, bright, and spacious."
