stayed with kids, loved the huge pool, super friendly staff, great location right on 27 North, clean and welcoming..Can't wait to go back

This is a big but fairly old facility and for similar money, there are newer or new hotels in the general area. We checked in to a nearly empty facility to learn the restaurant was closed and the pool was out of order. The room was not very clean with very old tv/refrigerator.
We checked in, checked the room, and went to the desk to check out. The clerk was very nice and understanding. Our reservation was cancelled and she waived the penalty.
When driving by one night, the parking lot was full. We were told it was due to the restaurant and lounge activity.
This could be a nice place with a major update.

Was sound asleep at 2:00am with my TV on. When my door opened. I woke up suddenly to find a Man in my room- He said he was their to turn off my TV- not to worry- he had a Master Key to my room. Needless to say I was scared to death and did not go back to sleep the rest of the night.

I would highly recommed staying at Inn on the Lakes- Rooms are inside and secure.

Anyone can walk off the street and enter a room without going into the lobby at quality InN

Peeling paint, stains, little worms, noisy, "breakfast" a joke. 4 nights I'd like to get back. Staff was friendly enough, though.
