I stay here 2 or 3 times a year and am welcomed each time. I stay in the same area of the hotel away from the road and the room is very pleasant w/small fridge and microwave. Wifi was ordinary for a hotel (.3mbs) Tv was satellite (I prefer cable--more channels) All in all, a comfortable stay.

We had played a few days of our trip to playing it by ear. We booked this hotel thinking it would be OK for 1 night. This is a motel with sparse amenities and room condition. While nothing happened, it is in a more run down area of Sarasota. The provided breakfast was inedible. Spend a few more dollars and stay on one of the keys is my recommendation.

we got this hotel deal on expedia unpublished rate.Since we didn't know what hotel we were getting until we booked we didn't know that we were gonna get this specific hotel.Upon finding out and reading some of the reviews we were sort of concerned and my wife was not happy with the fact this hotel,but contrary to some reviews this hotel was not bad at all.the service is great ,pool is also pretty good.when we arrived we needed a baby crib and they said that they were all taken and in about 30 minutes they had one for us.So they do try to accomodate your needs.Give it a try it's not a bad hotel.

This place is nasty. Checked in and went to the room, turned the light on and seen roaches run under the bed. The smell of mildew was terrible. They do not even use a linen service for the sheets gross. I guess this is why the sheets are not even white. Then i find out this is a family run business by the Patel family from the girl at the front desk. The Mother is the owner and the head housekeper, the father the maintenance man who knows nothing about anything. The son is the Manager. I was informed they do not want anyone to know that way when people complain they just say they will let someone know and not refund anyone. The area is unsafe with drug users all around.
