My sister had a one night at this hotel and it was just fine. The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and it was quiet. A Starbucks and a Panera were a 2 minute walk next door and it was very convenient to all the businesses we needed to access. The beds and the pillows were wicked comfortable too! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel has nice and clean rooms, the breakfast is continental and ok, and there is a big parking. Wi-fi is ok. The only problem is that they did not give us our pre-booked rooms until 5 p.m. as they were not clean, but we went downtown to wait until the rooms were ready. The staff was very, very slow but also very friendly and provided us maps and information about where to go and to eat.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in two separate stays in one week. The first stay was two nights, and the room was AWFUL. Old, unrenovated, old style TV (not a flat screen HDTV), and no refrigerator or microwave. The walls were VERY thin and the towels were like sandpaper. The air conditioning unit didn't work very well and was loud as an idling deisel truck. I wouldn't go near the pool. The hotel is laid out awkwardly, so it's not possible to park near the elevator. All the rooms open to the outdoors - a less secure layout. I would call the staff borderline surly. I would not recommend the breakfast.

The reason why I didn't give this hotel a rating of terrible is that on the second stay, we got a somewhat renovated (poor job) room with a microwave and refrigerator. Still no flat screen TV, still scratchy towels and still thin walls - you can hear your neighbors sneeze. Even with the "renovated" room, this is the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at - by far - and I've stayed at a number of them. I would not recommend it.

The recent reviews are accurate. I stayed here a few years ago and the differences between then and now are great, well as in greatly deteriorated. Its the most overpriced outdated hotel Ive ever seen at $75....Please be careful when you stay in an outdated hotel. Some of the rooms can hold serious mold and mildew. Some serious health conditions can also be caused by mold and mildew.
