This is the place to go if you want to relax. We stayed in unit F3 and were very pleased, it was clean, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful bed. Rose was a pleasure to work with. Our unit was on the ground floor, thus giving us great access to the short path to the beach. Even though the unit above us was occupide by a large man with two children we had minimal overhead noise and none from the unit beside us. The beach view from the unit was not the greatest, but the easy beach access was worth it.

We discovered the Sanibel Arms by chance but were grateful "Lady Luck" smiled on us! The properties were well appointed and ideally located by a fabulous stretch of beach. The staff were superb and, this says it all, we shall be returning next year!

Sanibel Arms was delightful. We stayed in H building on the top floor. The unit we rented was just amazing. Warmly and tastefully decorated with everything you could need to make a stay for a family with two small children exceptional. I only wish the owner could come and decorate my own home with her style! The condo unit had a newly done bathroom, and washer/dryer stackable. The staff in the office was friendly, helpful and attentive. Monica and Nancy do a great job running the community. The pool, grills and picnic tables were all wonderful and we used everything. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Within walking distance or biking distance to everything you want or need.

We had a great time at this place and the room - dockside B3 - was had plenty of extras including beach chairs, microwave, dishwasher, umbrellas (only one working but brand-new with some contraption to help it dig and stay in the sand called a Sandblaster), cable tv, plenty of closet space, granite counter tops, king size bed, sleeper sofa, waste disposal in the kitchen sink, stylish furnishings, extra bath towels and a set of beach towels,
DVD player in bedroom, cups, cutlery and dishware. Dockside in the backyard had (2) (one charcoal and one gas) grills. The beach was close by and showers were provided to wash of sand as well as stand where one could rinse off shells. A small coin operated laundry mat nearby the pool as well as (2) computers with Internet access were located near the office. The staff members were very friendly and helpful :). Beware of the noseeums - you won't feel the stings but you will feel the itch later, a little OFF may help ;) but it wasn't too bad. Bike rentals from Billy's Bikes were a cinch - simply drive to Billy's, pick out you bikes, decide how many days you'd like to rent them for and for an extra $10 dollars they will drop them off in front of the bike stands which are facing each unit. All in all a wonderful vacation was had and my boyfriend and I hate to leave but plan om returning as soon as possible :)!! The rates were VERY reasonable and we REALLY enjoyed are stay.
