This is a great property with ample parking and away from crowds. I loved our unit because it was about 60 steps from the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked. The location of the property is ideal. We booked thru Royal Shell, and they took care of everything to make our stay pleasant. Our kids enjoyed the beach each day and the great view.
We just returned from Sanibel, this was our second stay at Surfside. These are privately owned condo's, so each one is different. Both so far have been very clean updated and comfortable. This is a small complex not a big busy resort. It has a great location and is very quiet and relxed. We book thru Royal Shell and have been pleased.
