Upon our arrival of our 2 bedroom condo for 3 adults, we noticed the botchy, stained carpeting and 2 burned out lights. Upon reporting the burned out lights, the light bulbs were replaced. Condo was large as described. Furniture was adequate, however the second bedroom furniture finish is worn and needs refinished or replaced. After traveling all day, we each wanted a nice warm shower. But this was not to be. After the first person had a nice 12 - 15 min. shower, the next person ran out of hot water and this was reported. A maintenance man came over and turned up the hot water heater. The next morning we wanted coffee and the kitchen was only equipped with 2 mugs. We were able to secure 2 more mugs. The third person in the morning got their shower that they couldn't get the night before and we continued on with our vacation. The master bathroom door didn't latch and one of the electrical outlets was messed up in the master bedroom but we didn't report those as we had already been complaining.. Then, there were little bugs on the nightstand, I know this is FL, but every FL place I have stayed in has kept them under control. We did inform the front desk about this, plus the hot water was not fixed. They sprayed for bugs and hot water heater was turned up again. When we put our towels on the floor to be taken away, they were, but not replaced. Again we called the front desk and then we got some. This happened 3 times our stay, we called twice about it. The third time we did not. We had occasion to use the garbage disposal and much to my chagrin, this did not work. I informed them and was told it would be fixed. It never was. I talked to the on duty manger on the 7th day of our 10 day stay about the lack of hot water, which was quite annoying. I was informed that a professional was coming to look at it. It was improved after that, but still inadequate. The whole 10 day stay we never had enough hot water. Upon leaving, I took a picture of the hot water heater and it was a smaller tank than the manager thought it was(he thought it was 35 gal.) and Whirlpool recommends its usage for 1 - 2 people, not the 2 - 6 that could potentially occupy a condo of that size. The manager threw me a peanut, a $75 credit on a $4000 stay. Stay there again? No, never again.
