The only thing positive I have to say about this place is the lady at the front desk on the night shift was great...other than that I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. We paid for 2 nights, got into the room and their Idea of a smoking room was a non smoking room with the sign turned over on the desk when we got in and there were no ashtrays in our room. The dressers were all broken and I smashed my finger in them trying to put the drawers back in. The pool smelled like urine, the "jacuzzi" / hot tub was almost green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the staff was rude except the before mentioned lady on the night shift, the power kept flickering on and off, the TV remote only had buttons to change the channels and volume, but no numbers, and the Television had a green tint to it, the electric sockets weren't even in good enough shape to hold my phone charger in, the internet didn't work most of the time and to top things off there was only one ice machine in the whole building which was in the building next door and then downstairs. This place made me feel like I had found a place where I had to pay by the hour. I will never stay here again.

Really a very cheap motel. I also felt like there were some weird people walking around the property (which is quite spacious).
The rooms were OK, being pretty old but clean. One creepy thing though: When I went into my bed I noticed I hit something under the blanket with my leg. It was a bible. I don't get how the cleaning lady cleaned the rooms and changed the sheets without noticing it or putting it there?!

Also, the service was pretty bad. There were no towels in our room and we had to call and walk all the way to the front desk.

The free wifi worked sometimes, sometimes not.

I stay in 2 to 5 stars depending on need of particular trip. And my expectation for this 2 star one night stay was exactly as good as what I needed. Very good value for clean comfortable beds. Neighborhood don't look best but its not dangerous. Location is conveniently located just off 275 which makes it quick and easy to get anywhere in St. Pete. If you want a good comfortable short stay without breaking the bank, this is an excellent place. If you're looking to get resort type pampering, then look somewhere else.

My fiance, three year old son and i stayed here we had paid for three days... which was said to be non-refundable. I wish i would've read these reviews before i went. I wasn't expecting the hilton for the price, but they could've cleaned! When we checked in i was excited the girl that checked me in was nice and the office looked good. But when we walked into our room smelled horrible...... i used a whole bottle of febreeze but said i could deal with it.... we left that night and came back to the parking lot packed full not a spot to be found drunks everywhere from the bar attached to the office. We figured since we were going to be out more than in we could deal with it but when we took showers and got out walking to get dressed and to the bed our feet were black... we had to wear socks until we ran out then shoes in the room the whole time. Thats not exactly what i want my three year old walking on. the walls look like they had been wet and was bubbled up in places. there were burn holes in the bed clothes. Also the next day when the housekeeper came she left three washclothes and one towel.. mind you all three of uswere in the room when she came and i figured she left us all plenty of towels. so when we took our next shower i had to go get my son and fiance towels from front desk, and the older lady acted like it such a inconvience. we went and did our thing and came back and only long enough to pack our thingsand go a day early!!!!! when the same older lady asked me if there was a problem and i told her she done nothing to help solve it not even a sorry.... i will not go back! The only nice thing is the location.... also the free internet didnt work the entire time we were there! no surprise though.
