I was originally given room 111. When I was looking over the bed, I noticed that there was an earring in the pillow case. After about 15 minutes of asking, the girl at the front desk finally came and changed my sheets. I started to unpack and found that I had to share my stale, musty room with little bugs slightly larger than gnats. I killed a few (about 10) and eventually was so disgusted I went back to the front desk. They gave me a different room that was clean, smelled fresh and had no other residents in it. The woman at the desk explained that the general manager was at a conference and the staff was not working as a result. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and the staff is very, very helpful with all your needs. Even though the hotel is older it is clean, updated and beautiful. Within walking distance to food and drink. Be sure to lock your car in the lot though!!

Old and run down! I was HIGHLY disappointed! I checked in and went to my room hauling luggage up and down multiple sets of steps throughout the hallways! This hotel is not luggage friendly at all! When I got to the room someone else was in it! When I finally got to a empty room, The room smelled terrible and musty! Midway through the night I woke up to the fire alarm going off! The kitchen staff apparently did not know how to cook and caught something on fire in the kitchen! Then, I woke up the next morning sick due to the mold in the room! Terrible experience I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! GROSS!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The room was very nicely decorated and perfectly clean. If you want a bigger bathroom simply ask for a suite. Staff if very friendly and helpful. Gerard the bartender is great. Swimming pool and whirlpool are very clean surrounded by nice trees this is why sometimes you will see leaves at its bottom. Our overall experience is far away from some complaints that we have read on Tripadvisor before our stay at Indigo. There is also 1 complimentary breakfast per room per day served by very very nice staff. Nice veranda where to seat. We would go back to this hotel anytime.
