Unit #403 - staying 17 days - Feb. 12 - March 2, 2011 - maintenance issues - very worn and cheap thin sheets, mattress pad in shreds, bed skirt falling apart, blankets have holes and are pilling, not enough hangers in closet (only 2 for slacks), vertical blinds falling apart and then were repaired with incorrect length/color piece (I used tape to repair them while waiting for maintenance to show up), shower floor mildewy (I bought cleaner), thermostat problem, ill-equipped kitchen (no big bowls, no chef knife), but other than that for over $3,500 what can you expect? I love the location and would stay here again (only not in this unit) if only these maintenance issues would be taken seriously and resolved. From reading other reviews, it does not look like management will do anything. My call to them was extremely dissatisfactory. One of the employees said he would call me back , but so far has not. There is serious competition from nearby newer condos. It is a shame that this place fares badly when compared with them.
