Recent three night stay Jan 17-19, 2011. Was in a back room again where it was very quiet - the motel is on the main drag which has a lot of traffic. Car parking practically at arm's length from the door. Room was spotless, beautifully painted, very comfortable bed. Everything worked ok. Average nightly total price less than $51. No breakfast included but a nice gas station/store across the street and plenty of other eating places nearby. Only negative was one bug crawling on the sink counter which I quickly chucked into the toilet. I thought ground floor, Florida. ok. Otherwise - good stay and next trip to St. Cloud I'd stay there again. Did not try the wireless internet (see other report).

My son and I traveled to St. Cloud for a the wakesurf nationals contest. There are few places to pick from in st cloud but we were very lucky to have picked the budget inn. Spotless room, flat screen tv, no old musty smell, no stains, first class all the way, A gem of a motel! I do not usually do reviews but it was such a nice suprise I had to write.

Owners were very hopspitable, but when I asked if they had weekly rates he only came down from sixty a nite to 50 a nite. Does not allow pets so dont come here if you have pets. They have a plasma tv fridge and microwave in the room, very quiet and many shops and resturaunts nearby. Also has wired and wireless internet, but the wireless is intermittant. I really love the room and wanted to stay the entire 3 weeks here, but found a hotel in Kissimmee for $18 a nite which prompted me to leave. The drain in the tub is slow as another reviewer pointed out. But one of the nicest motels I have been to.

We just spent four nights there - Dec 10-13, 2008. Room was spotless and freshly painted. Comfortable beds. New flat hd-tv. Friendly staff. I would recommend a room in the rear - I booked that after reading one of the other reviews. The motel is on a very busy street but our room in the rear was just fine and I'm very sensitive to noise. Good small-town pricing. The only negative thing was slow draining bath and sink - I was going to report that on their website [--] where they had a good photo gallery but at the moment at least it looks like the website is down.
