This was the second stay for my wife and I as well as 3 other couples. All of our rooms were very clean, if not sparse; no refrigerator or microwave, minimal number of towels. It is extremely convenient to downtown as you can walk there in 5 minutes plus gaze at the shops along San Marco Blvd. along your way. We will definitely make this our regular hotel on our trips back to St. Augustine.

My wife and I both were bitten while trying to sleep,we wraped our luggage in plastic bags to avoid infecting our car. This hotel was a mistake.

very disapointing hotel which has the feel of a very run down motel.
Room quality was quite poor wiht oversized furniture and a dreadfully noisy air conditioning machine . Both the chairs in the room were heavily stained and the bathroom was very dirty behind the door .

dont worry about an alarm call as there is a cockerell that starts to crow from about 4am .

saying that the hotel is in a very good location for both driving in and out of St Augustine and also walking into the old town

We knew we were booking economy, but yikes. The wall between the shower and main room was rotting, the air conditioner was so loud it kept me awake, the shower either scaled or froze us - not to mention the lack of water pressure, the carpet left the bottom of my feet black. Last, but somehow most insulting, the person who checked us in was rude.
