My husband and I were quite surprised about how big and nice our room was (King non smoking). The staff was very helpful, and you have access to their "business center" (computer room with 3 printers) for free. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, assortment of bagels and pastries, egg, sausage, ham, coffee and tea. It was enough to fill us up until lunch time. There is also a Denny's right in front of the hotel, as an alternative. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Lighthouse and the nearest Starbucks but the route is very scenic. Very well priced for the location. There is a laundry room located on the second floor, $1.50 per wash and dry.

We recently visited St Augustine and decided to stay at this hotel over our usual choice and I am glad we stayed here. The room was spacious, clean, the front desk was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat. The hotel is about 10 minutes from town. The breakfast was filling not your typical continental breakfast. Eggs, ham, waffles , toas, bagels etc..
The "breakfast lady" sorry I cannot remember her name was very nice quick to fill food and she was very cheerful :)

This place has rightfully earned its high ratings on Tripadvisor. We were very pleased with our two nights here, for which we paid about $100 a night with tax. The lobby is spacious, hallways are in fine shape, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well appointed. There are washer/dryers for guests and a pool and hot tub. The location is just off I-95. The free hot breakfast is about average for what you get in other places, but it's so nice to have it as an amenity. The hotel is located only about 15 minutes drive from the heart of the old city of St. Augustine. If you drive to the old city, you can park at a large garage at the vistior center for $10 a day. There is an outlet mall and several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever staying here again.
