Stayed here with our teenagers sharing a single room. Don't usually do so but since we took a room with two queens so it was pretty comfortable. We paid all in $75 with a CAA (AAA) rate. Check in was great with extra pillows and travel advice provided with a smile. The room was very nice. Clean and updated with a fridge and microwave. Very good setup.

We took advantage of the 2 outlet malls. Perfectly located for shopping till you drop and just off the I-95.

Breakfast was the usual . Good selection and kept well stocked and clean.

No complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

ps - Although not a restaurant review ,feel I have to mention how good Pizzalley Chianti Room was. Sooo good. This is the full service restaurant connected to Pizzalley. Entrance on Charlotte St or walk through the back of Pizzalley on St. George St .

We arrived with a valid reservation from choicehotels.com for a Historic City Nights of Lights Package at the Comfort Inn & Suites I-95 - Outlet Mall (FLB21) which manager refused to honor because he said it wasn't in his computer and choiceHotels.com isn't his reservation system. It is and a call to them comfirmed that we had the reservation. After an hour of arguement he gave us the worst room in the hotel (located between the elevator and laundry room), not the King Suite we had booked. The second day, New Year's Eve, at 4pm, he told us that the rate for that room had gone from $79 to $159 and get out now or pay it. We got out and found a different Comfort Suites just a few miles away for $82. By the way, the original hotel (FLB21) had a huge sign at the I-95 exit advertising rooms for $59. Many people stopped in to take advantage of it only to be told the rate had gone up to $129. This hotel refused to honor our reservation and used bait and switch on dozens of travelers.

any time me and my boyfriend go to st.augustine we stay here . we never had a problem . the staff is great and mac is awsome. the hotel is always clean and friendly. the only thing i can conplain about is that my stay wasnt long enough. would tell any one to stay there!

The title says it all! This is a quaint, comfortable, one-of-kind facility. Mallik is a very personable general manager that actually makes you want to prolong your stay. Most hotels I have encountered employ an awful, "work-like", breakfast schedule (6-9:30am) that forces guests to be awake at the crack of dawn in order to enjoy a meal. It is apparent that these facilities need to realize that a number of guests are on vacation and prefer to sleep in. Mallik is way more flexible in truly accommodating his guests and is the epitome of what hospitality "truly" is in a hotel.
