This hotel is a great value. Good location and restful night sleep. I read the other reviews and asked for a room at the end of the hallway, and it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

We arrived early and were able to check in without a problem. The lobby was well maintained and nice and clean. We were celebrating and the woman at the front desk offered us a free upgrade to a suite. The room itself was very spacious with a comfortable seating area and two televisions (one in the seating area and one facing the bed). The bathroom was very clean and standard for Fairfield Inns. The pool was heated, and I mean very heated, it was almost the the point of swimming in a hot tub, which was great as the temperature was quite cool). The hot tub itself was also very nice. In the morning the breakfast was great with waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt and microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The location is great as well, two different outlet malls are within a mile, and it is less than a 15 minute drive to the old town of St. Augustine. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay there again if returning to the area.

Other reviews say that they could hear doors slamming and other noise, but I had no problem with that- and I usually do! Could be because it was the off-season or because I had a quieter room on the top floor. I found this hotel to be very clean and very quiet. There was a nice breakfast spread in the morning.
This is a great place to stay if you want easy access to the interstate. But, there is not much around other than the outlet mall, gas stations and many, many other hotels. You'll have to drive several miles to downtown St. Augustine to find any nicer bars and restaurants.

Only negative they need better selection on tv.located in the heart of golf country and no golf channel and no hgtv to keep the wife busy! After reading review 10/21/11 nothing has been done about lack of major channels on tv. Stayed 4 suites away from elevator and could still hear operation second floor. Door slamming noise needs to be fixed.staff was great as well as breakfast. Would stay again but something needs to be done about the u turn to get to the property and stay away from the elevator.
