This is one of the nicer Fairfield Inns that I have stayed at. We chose this hotel because we wanted to do some outlet shopping as well as see the town of St. Augustine. It was cheaper to stay here rather then in by the old town or beach so we chose here because we were going to be dividing our time between the old town, beach and outlet shopping so one way or another we would have to drive in one direction. So we picked the cheaper spot.
This hotel is literaly down the street from the outlets and about a 5 to 10 minute drive into old St Augustine, and the beaches are located about 5 minutes from the center of St. Augustine. The hotel building and grounds are very well kept. All the workers from the front desk, maid service and the person taking care of the morning breakfeast (which is included in your stay) were all very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend staying here whether its just a one night stay as your travel futher along I95 or if its for a few nights to see the town and do some shopping. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves.
