I stayed for four days. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. All in perfect work condition (coffee maker, fridge, microwave). No problems using the laptop in my room. Just remember, breakfast is not included.

We stayed here in late November while we closed on a new home. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful with information. The rooms were wonderful, roomy, modern and very clean. WiFi was easy and reliable. Only drawback was the lack of breakfast included in the room cost. They have a wonderful food service but it's just an additional cost we didn't expect. I would highly recommend staying here for an overnight or a few days while visiting the area.

We were on our way on a road trip for a brief stop at St. Augustine. TA had a good deal for the price. Our room was very comfortable with up-to-date decor and design. Our king bed was top pillow top grade with soft comfy linens, a great sleep after many miles on the road. Convenient mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in a cute marble top corner. They also serve free strong coffee near the lobby, with a small place for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the first floor.
However, be aware it is hard to find because of signage issues and an entrance that really looks like it is going into a gated community, which is next to the hotel. We made the mistake of going past the hotel, had to turn around in a 50 mile per hour state road with a short u turn up the road to find the correct entrance. Good thing we did it during daylight, because it would have been scary not knowing exactly where we were going after a long ride on I95 in the dark. and we had GPS. We asked what was going on with the signage and the entrance confusion, and they acknowledged there was an issue that they were trying to resolve with the local community. We would definitely come back, and we would give five stars if it wasn't for the annoyance of the signage.

Stayed at Courtyard for one night on the way to next destination. There was a mix up on the website when I booked mentioning a really nice benefit. Apparently, I was not supposed to receive the benefit but the wording made it look like it was included with my night's stay. It was actually associated with another package. When I checked in the front desk clerk checked into it then explained the mix up and was very apologetic. She was so nice about it that I didn't think any more of it. She showed me what the ad looked like and I showed her the email confirmation that mentioned the benefit. The next morning I got a call from the desk saying the clerk had run my issue by the manager and they we're going to honor the benefit. I know hotels can't do everything for every customer, but I am very loyal to Marriott and an unexpected gesture like this reminds me why. The location was great. We did downtown St. Aug at night which was just a few minutes drive and then shopping the next morning at the outlet. The hotel was clean. Fridge& micro to store and heat milk for the munchkin. Good breakfast....not included in rate but reasonable short order items. About a half mile from the interstate which I liked. Didn't feel like I was sleeping in the parking lot of the outlet. I don't need to see the lights of the Off 5th to know it 's there.
